Tips for good grazing

Don't overstock and avoid "poached" areas. Use paddock rotation - electric fencing is easy and effective.

Keep grass (and weeds) between 1 and 4 inches, top from Spring to Autumn if necessary.

Apply main treatments in Spring/ early summer, Autumn for secondary or "emergency" treatment. Avoid spraying when grass is under stress e.g. during drought or when frost expected.

Work out deficiencies and target with fertilizer and pesticides if required.

Re-seed sparse or poached areas, normally broadcasting by hand will do.
